These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for accessing and using the DiziPush products (“DiziPush,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, installing, or using any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our products.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any of our products (the “Products”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this License Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not purchase, install, or use the Products.

Continued use of the Products following any changes or updates to this License Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Product Usage

By purchasing a DiziPush product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the product for your own business or project, in accordance with these Terms.

• One license is valid for one server only (including production or staging environment).
• Attempting to use the same license on multiple servers, either simultaneously or sequentially, is a direct violation of these terms and will result in immediate license termination without any prior notice or refund.
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or offer the product as a service or SaaS platform to others without written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the product for any commercial, resale, or competitive purposes.
• The product must not be used for illegal activities, spam, abusive behavior, or in a way that harms the integrity or reputation of DiziPush.

Delivery

After successfully purchasing a DiziPush product:

• You will be instructed to create a support ticket to request installation.
• Your license key will be accessible via your DiziPush Account Dashboard, where you can also manage your license (e.g., activate, deactivate, or transfer between eligible servers, as per our policy).
• A purchase invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address upon payment confirmation.

• Delivery is considered complete once the license key and installation instructions have been made available to you.

   

Watermark / Powered By

All of our products include mandatory "Powered by DiziPush" or similar branding elements. These appear in user interfaces, email footers, dashboards, and other visible areas of the product.

You are strictly prohibited from removing, hiding, modifying, or tampering with these attributions in any form. This includes direct code changes, CSS manipulation, or any form of obfuscation.

These branding elements are a non-negotiable part of your license agreement. Any attempt to alter or remove them will be treated as a direct violation of our Terms and will result in immediate and permanent termination of your license without warning or refund.

We reserve full rights to enforce this policy through legal action and system-level license blocking if necessary.

License Terms

Single-Server Usage

When you purchase a DiziPush product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and perpetual license to use it on a single server. The license is tied to the server you deploy the product on and may not be shared, distributed, transferred, or installed on multiple servers under any circumstance.

• One license = One server.
• The server must be owned and managed by you or your organization.
• You are strictly prohibited from using the same license key across multiple servers or environments

DiziPush uses a strict license validation system. If our system detects any unauthorized usage, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to install the license on multiple servers
• Tampering with the licensing mechanism
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the license key
• Engaging in illegal activities using the product

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or revoke your license without notice. Legal action may also be pursued in cases of deliberate misuse or violation.

Perpetual License

Your purchase includes a perpetual license to use the version of DiziPush available at the time of purchase. This means you can use that specific version indefinitely, even if you choose not to renew your license in the future.

Updates & Support Duration

• You are entitled to receive free updates, bug fixes, and performance enhancements with no cost.
• These updates are not guaranteed and will only be released if we determine they are necessary. We may decide to not release updates. 

Major Version Upgrades

If major features, significant architectural changes, or complete system overhauls are introduced, they will be classified as a new major version (e.g., moving from v1 to v2).

• These major upgrades are not included in your original license purchase.
• Your current license only grants access to the version available at the time of purchase.

To access a new major version (e.g., upgrade from v1 to v2), you are required to renew your license. Renewal will upgrade your entitlement to the latest version at that time and restore access to future updates and improvements for the new version.

You are still free to continue using your originally purchased version (e.g., v1) indefinitely, provided its dependencies and environment remain compatible.

Continued Use of Original Version

• You are free to continue using the version you purchased for as long as it remains technically functional.
• This means the software will work as long as:
  • Its dependencies (e.g., Python, Redis, PostgreSQL) are supported
  • Any external APIs or services it integrates with remain available and unchanged
• If the environment becomes incompatible due to discontinued dependencies or API changes, continued functionality is not guaranteed.

We offer DiziPush without a mandatory subscription model, giving you full control to decide when or if you wish to renew for updates and support.

Technical Assistance & Support Scope

DiziPush products come with full setup handled by our team on your server. After installation, customers may still seek assistance by submitting a support ticket via the DiziPush Account Dashboard. However, please understand that while the product is sold with lifetime usage rights, support services are not provided for a lifetime. Support availability and response priority depend on the specific plan purchased. We provide 15 days of free support with the Growth Plan and 1 month of free support with the Superior Plan. Once the included support period ends, customers can purchase additional support separately if needed.

Our technical support is strictly limited to installation assistance and resolving issues directly related to DiziPush products. We do not provide support for server-level configurations, third-party integrations, or any issues outside the scope of our software. Technical support is available only during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. While we aim to respond to all support tickets as quickly as possible, we do not guarantee specific response times. Support requests are prioritized based on your plan level.

System Compatibility and Limitations

We strive to ensure that our products work reliably across various platforms, browsers, and server environments. However, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all third-party tools, plugins, or web browsers. It is your responsibility to test the product using the available demo or documentation before implementation in your environment.

While we make every effort to deliver notifications to all your subscribers, the final delivery of a web push notification depends on multiple external factors that are beyond our control. These include the user’s device settings, browser permissions, network status, system restrictions, and whether the browser allows background notifications at that moment. Our responsibility is to successfully trigger and send notifications from your server to the user’s browser; however, how the browser or device handles that request is outside the scope of our control.

We regularly update our software for improved performance and compatibility and will notify you in case of significant changes or issues. Nonetheless, you are responsible for ensuring that your environment—including browser versions, operating system, and server stack—is compatible with DiziPush.

Rights and Restrictions

All DiziPush products are the sole intellectual property of DiziPush. When you purchase a license, you are granted the right to use the product under the terms of your license, but ownership of the product, including its source code and design, remains with DiziPush at all times. Under no circumstances does your purchase grant you any proprietary rights or exclusive claims over the product, whether in original or modified form.

To protect our technology and licensing system, certain core components of the product are encrypted. We do not provide decrypted versions or source access to these protected files under any condition. Tampering with, attempting to decrypt, or reverse-engineering any part of the product is strictly prohibited and may cause the license to become invalid or non-functional.

Distributing, sharing, reselling, or making the product publicly available in any way—whether modified or unmodified—is a direct violation of these Terms. Any misuse, unauthorized distribution, or actions that negatively impact DiziPush or its products may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your license and account, without prior notice. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of intellectual property infringement or malicious activity.

Data Consent & License Monitoring

By using DiziPush products and services, you grant us permission to collect, store, and analyze certain usage data related to your interaction with our platform. This data helps us enhance the performance, usability, and overall experience of our products. The type of data we collect may include—but is not limited to—panel usage statistics, user behavior trends, feature interaction logs, and system performance indicators.

We use this data strictly to:

• Improve product functionality and performance
• Understand how users interact with DiziPush
• Optimize future updates and features
• Inform our product development and marketing strategies 

In addition, DiziPush actively monitors license activity to ensure compliance with our licensing terms. This includes tracking license activation, server usage, and product behavior. If our system detects any suspicious activity—such as unauthorized reselling, license tampering, bypassing restrictions, or using a license on multiple servers—we reserve the right to immediately suspend or revoke the license without notice.

All collected data is handled securely and in full compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal regulations. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to these data collection and license monitoring practices.

Payment and Offers

All DiziPush products and services require 100% upfront payment at the time of purchase. We do not offer split, partial, or installment-based payment options under any circumstances.

Payments must be made using the available payment methods listed on our checkout page. All transactions are processed securely, and access to your license or product will only be granted once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

From time to time, we may offer special promotions, discounts, or limited-time deals. These offers are subject to change without prior notice and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. Any promotional pricing is only valid during the promotional period and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

By completing your payment, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have reviewed any offer details, license limitations, and support durations before purchase.

Join Our Affiliate Program

DiziPush offers an exciting opportunity to earn with our Affiliate Program by simply recommending our products to others. Whether you’re a blogger, agency, or power user, you can generate passive income by promoting our tools.

By joining the DiziPush Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

• You will earn commissions on every successful referral that purchases a DiziPush product through your unique affiliate link.
• For full commission details, eligibility, and payout structure, please visit our Affiliate Program page.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will not be eligible for commission payouts.
• If we detect any fraudulent activity, suspicious behavior, or abuse of the program, your affiliate account may be permanently suspended without warning.
• Affiliate earnings cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes, or promotions.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program or its terms at any time, with or without notice.
• All affiliate commissions are subject to a 20-day validation period. If no valid purchase or VPS activation is confirmed within this window, the referral opportunity will automatically expire.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

DiziPush is a self-hosted digital product, and once it has been purchased and installed on your server, the core application files and resources are transferred directly to your environment. Due to the nature of digital delivery and the fact that files are beyond our control after setup, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

By purchasing and initiating the setup of DiziPush, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Once the product is installed or access is granted, the license is considered consumed.
• Since DiziPush is deployed directly on your server, we cannot revoke, deactivate, or recover the files, making refunds technically and contractually impossible.

Changes to Products

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our products at any time, without prior notice. If any changes are made, they will be reflected on this page, and the revision date at the bottom will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of DiziPush after such updates will be considered as your acceptance of those changes.

These changes may include, but are not limited to, new feature additions, removal of outdated functionalities, performance improvements, or structural enhancements intended to improve user experience and product stability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DiziPush be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our software. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of our products shall be strictly limited to the total amount of fees paid by you for the DiziPush software.

By using our product, you acknowledge and accept this limitation as a condition of your license.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This clause ensures that any legal issues related to DiziPush are handled under Indian law through arbitration, not court. It provides a fair, fast, and private way to resolve disputes. Both DiziPush and users agree to follow the final decision made in arbitration. This protects both parties and avoids legal confusion.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and DiziPush regarding the use of our software. They override any previous agreements, discussions, or communications—whether written or spoken. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. By continuing to use our product after changes are made, you agree to those updated terms.
